CDs wil be shipped early next summer. I will be heading to Montana in April 2012 to record at BaseCamp Recording Studio. I feel like this new batch of songs are my best yet, and I am excited to have producer Conner Garvey on board, as well as Chris Cunningham (of Storyhill/ Red House Records) engineering. In order to fully secure studio time, and to get the best rate, I will need to pay the studio in full. So, by pre-ordering you are helping move the project along tremedously. Along with applying my savings to this project, I have picked up some seasonal work, created snowman kits, and offering the pre-order to help fund this project. In return for your pre-order, I will send you a post card from the road, email photos and updates on the recording process, and of course, send you six signed copies of the NEW CD before it is available to the masses. Jack is a potter, sculptor and stone carver. His awards include a “Best of Show 3-D” at Art Center of the Ozarks, Best of Show at artCentral Membership show, Honorable Mention at Spiva Membership show, Third place in 3-D at Spiva Membership show, Arvest Bank cash award at Midwest Gathering of the Artists 2010, Phil Moomow Memorial cash award at Midwest Gathering of the Artists 2010. Jack has accepted and completed a monumental stone commission for MidContinent Contracting Group of Topeka, Kansas as well as many smaller structural commissions. He has a continuing interest in making functional pottery as well as decorated stoneware art pottery and 3 dimensional clay sculpture. Jack and Lee Ann have conducted studio workshops, children’s workshops, and have engaged in guest lectures for college art classes and civic organizations.
